Your access to and use of the Tesco Gift Card Store website (this site) is subject to the following Terms and Conditions which, by accessing and browsing this site, you accept without any limitation or qualification.
Clubcard points may be available on some gift voucher or gift card purchases but may be withdrawn at any time. Clubcard points will be removed if a gift voucher or gift card is refunded or returned.

Protecting your security
To ensure that your credit, debit or charge card is not being used without your consent, we will validate name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the order process against appropriate third party databases. By accepting these Terms and Conditions you consent to such checks being made. In performing these checks personal information provided by you may be disclosed to a registered Credit Reference Agency which may keep a record of that information. You can rest assured that this is done only to confirm your identity, that a credit check is not performed and that your credit rating will be unaffected. All information provided by you will be treated securely and strictly in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
In addition to in house verification procedures SVM employs Verified by Visa / MasterCard Securecode which allows customers to protect their credit cards used online by assigning a secret password. If you have joined the scheme you will be required to provide your password during completion of your order. SVM has no knowledge of, or access to, your password. To maintain secrecy your password is submitted directly to your card issuer, over a secure link, and does not get seen or stored by our system. As a member of one of the above schemes, should you not pass the verification process, your payment and order will not be accepted by SVM.
Your privacy is very important to us, and we promise never to release your personal details to any outside company for mailing or marketing purposes.
Gift Vouchers and Gift Cards
Gift vouchers and gift cards supplied by SVM (Global still there) Ltd cannot be exchanged for cash. Each retailer (Store group) operates its own policy on issuing change, where applicable. Change may be given in the form of a gift voucher or gift card but if under £1, this will sometimes be given in cash. In some instances no change will be given. Gift vouchers or gift cards which are defaced, altered or cancelled will not be accepted by retailers.
SVM reserves the right to change the range of gift vouchers and giftcards they offer at any time, without prior notification. SVM takes no responsibility for any changes to the terms and conditions relating to each individual gift voucher or gift card.
Users should refer to the gift voucher or card for any retailer specific terms and conditions and expiry dates.
Risk and title will pass to the customer upon delivery. SVM can take no liability for any lost, stolen or damaged gift voucher or gift card once responsibility of ownership has passed to the customer at time of delivery. SVM are not directly linked to any of retailers whose products are listed in our range. In the event that any one such product or company is placed in either administration or receivership there is no obligation on SVM to replace or exchange any previously issued, unspent gift vouchers or gift cards.
Cleared payment is required prior to the despatch of orders. Payment is taken automatically at the time of purchase. Your credit/debit card statement will read "SVM Global Ltd". We reserve the right to decline any order without providing explanation.
All orders received before 3pm are dispatched same working day, with all orders after 3pm (or placed on weekends or on Bank Holidays) being dispatched next working day.
We will notify you by email to confirm receipt of your order. At this point the contract for our sale and your purchase of the goods shall be made on the terms set out herein and the contract shall be formed at the place from which our acceptance email is sent to you. You may print this page from the website to be kept for your own records.
Prices shall be as set out on the website and within the acknowledgement issued by SVM which are exclusive of any value added, purchase or other taxes. Prices do not include postage costs and you must choose one of the delivery options when you order. Such taxes and costs shall be payable in addition to the price when the price is due. All payments must be made in British Pounds Sterling (GBP)
These conditions of supply of goods or services govern all orders to and contracts with SVM and override any other terms or conditions stipulated, incorporated or referred to by the person, firm or company that has requested Gift Cards.
Gift vouchers and gift cards shall be as described in the acknowledgement of order issued by SVM.
The funds on a gift card or gift voucher are not covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme. In the unlikely event of the issuer of a gift card or gift voucher becoming insolvent some funds on a gift card or gift voucher may not be available to spend. If the value of an item you wish to purchase is less than the value of the gift voucher or gift card, the retailer may not refund the difference.
Refund / Returns Policy
As per the Consumer Contracts Regulations, your right to request a refund starts from the moment you place your order until 14 days after you receive your goods. Refunds can only be made on gift vouchers or gift cards that have the full purchase value remaining. Please phone the customer call centre on 01709 910855 to register your request for a refund. Once you have registered your refund, please either put your gift card into the post and send it back to Tesco Gift Cards, SVM Global, 21-23 Fitzwilliam Street, Parkgate, Rotherham, S62 6EP or alternatively (in the case of a gift voucher or gift card that was emailed to you on purchase) email your gift voucher or gift card to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once the gift voucher or gift card has been received your refund will be processed along with any delivery charges within 3-5 working days. Refunds will be made to the credit or debit card used for purchase. SVM do not accept responsibility for the loss of your returned goods or your postage charges for lost returns.
This site is controlled and operated by SVM from its offices in the UK. SVM makes no representation that material in the site is appropriate or available for use in other locations. Those who choose to access this site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent that local laws are applicable.
If for any reason any provision of these Terms and Conditions are determined to be void or unenforceable, then to the extent and in the places only where such provision is determined to be void or unenforceable it shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms and Conditions and anything in this site shall be governed by English Law and all matters in connection with them shall be determined by the English Courts.
